ProAmpac is seeking a Manager, Retirement & Pension Plan to oversee retirement program administration and related vendor partnerships. You will collaborate with Perks, Payroll, Finance, HR and Legal to ensure accurate plan execution and a positive employee experience.
Role requires 4–6 years of retirement plan administration experience, a Bachelor's degree, and knowledge of compliance. Certifications such as CEBS, RMA, CRPP, or CPFA are preferred. Remote Canada with 25% travel.
