DNM is seeking an experienced Senior Safety Manager responsible for establishing safety standards and regulatory compliance across our operating companies. You will work with various operational teams, including site supervisors and general managers, to implement safety practices effectively. This role is crucial in enhancing DNM's safety programs while leading the COR certification process.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead COR certification, including documentation and audits
• Establish consistent safety standards across companies




• Provide technical safety guidance to leadership
• Identify safety risks and recommend controls
• Oversee safety assessments for recent operations

Requirements:
• 5-7 years in health and safety, preferably in construction
• Degree in Occupational Health & Safety or related field
• CRSP designation or in progress
• Experience with Ontario OHSA and Alberta OHS
• Ability to lead safety training and development
