Allshores is seeking a dynamic and commercially driven Lead, Strategic Partnerships & Growth to spearhead business development and strategic expansion within Allshores Travel Health Services portfolio. This is a unique opportunity for an industry leader to shape the growth strategy for a rapidly evolving business, identify and secure new market opportunities, and strengthen our position across the global student and travel health insurance ecosystem.
In this high-impact role, you will cultivate and expand relationships with insurance carriers, brokers, corporate clients, government organizations, and international partners to drive adoption of our Third-Party Administration (TPA), travel assistance, and medical assistance solutions. Leveraging deep industry expertise, market intelligence, and an established professional network, you will translate opportunities into sustainable revenue growth while enhancing our competitive presence in the marketplace.
Reporting to the Group Head of Employee Benefits Operations, this leader will combine strategic vision with business development excellence, driving meaningful partnerships, delivering measurable growth, and helping position the organization as a trusted leader in travel health and assistance services worldwide.
Primary Responsibilities: Define and execute a comprehensive business development strategy aligned with organizational growth objectives in travel health, student insurance and global medical assistance




Identify gaps in capabilities necessary to compete effectively in target segments; develop business case for investments in people and capabilities needed to fill gaps
Identify and pursue new market opportunities within the student, travel, and health insurance sector
Act as a thought partner to senior leadership, contributing to long-term strategic planning and revenue forecasting
Represent the organization externally as a senior ambassador at industry forums, conferences and executive-level engagements
Evaluate and prioritize high-value opportunities, ensuring focus on scalable and sustainable growth.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key external stakeholders including insurers, brokers, travel organizations, government entities, global partners and healthcare networks
Collaborate with key internal stakeholders including HR, Finance, Marketing, IT, and Legal & Compliance
Leverage an established industry network to accelerate new business opportunities
Conduct sales presentations, meetings, and calls to promote our services and close complex agreements and strategic partnerships
Build and lead a business development function, with the potential to mentor and manage sales or account professionals
Maintain a solid understanding of global travel health trends, medical assistance services and international insurance models




Use market intelligence to inform product development, pricing strategies and competitive positioning
Identify emerging risks and opportunities within international healthcare systems and travel-related services
Meet or exceed business growth targets
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and client interactions using CRM tools
Skills & Experience: 10+ years of experience in business development, strategic partnerships or commercial leadership within travel insurance, health insurance, medical assistance or related sectors
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or related field preferred
Proven track record of leading growth strategies and closing complex high-value deals
Demonstrated experience operating at a senior level, contributing to organizational strategy and direction
Strong existing network within the travel, insurance, and global health ecosystem, with the ability to leverage relationships for business growth
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to travel as required for client & prospect meetings and industry events
Exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building skills with the ability to communicate and negotiate effectively with diverse stakeholders
Strong business development mindset with a results-driven approach
Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
