In this pivotal role, you'll become the operational heart of Solace, ensuring seamless collaboration among Product Management, Engineering, Finance, and Business Operations. Your work will directly impact onboarding, operational insights, and business reporting, shaping the way Solace scales and collaborates. Solid organizational skills and comfort with data are essential to navigate complex processes and align stakeholders across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
• Own OEM billing and usage reconciliation processes
• Prepare monthly usage and billing data for Finance




• Coordinate partner-related meetings and internal roadmap communications
• Track OEM roadmap items and epic status for updates
• Maintain process documentation and customer onboarding runbooks

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business or Operations
• 3-5 years in operations or product roles, preferably in B2B SaaS
• Strong organizational skills and multi-tasking ability
• Experience with billing and invoicing processes
• Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, and reporting tools
