Hard Rock Ottawa Hotel & Casino is seeking an Assistant Manager, Casino Beverage to support beverage service operations in a regulated casino environment and ensure excellent guest experiences.
You will lead front-of-house staff, train team members, manage schedules and inventory, enforce liquor compliance, and collaborate with marketing and culinary teams to optimize guest satisfaction and financial performance. This is a full time role requiring leadership and strong communication.
