At CMH, we’re seeking a dedicated Mental Health Clinician to join our team. This position requires strong skills in individual and group psychotherapy, assessment, and care coordination. Engage with patients across the Outpatient Clinic, Day Hospital, and Adult Inpatient Mental Health unit for effective treatment delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct biopsychosocial assessments for diverse patients
• Develop safety plans and measurable treatment goals
• Lead psychotherapy and psychoeducational groups




• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for discharge planning
• Liaise with community agencies for post-discharge services

Requirements:
• Registered with a relevant health profession college
• Master’s degree in a related field
• Extensive experience in evidence-based psychotherapy
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Commitment to personal and professional development
