In this position, you’ll have the opportunity to: Work closely with the product development department to guide the design process based on manufacturing capabilities and OHS best practices
Plan, manage, and approve all activities related to the launch of recent thermoforming products
Plan, monitor, and control launch activities using performance metrics to ensure efficient and comprehensive implementation
Coordinate internal stakeholders involved in the industrialization phases
Actively participate in optimizing and improving manufacturing processes
Lead continuous improvement projects aimed at increasing productivity, enhancing safety, and improving the quality of the existing product line
