As the Supervisor reporting to the Manager of Road Operations, you will manage daily operations, ensuring your team meets service standards. Your leadership will directly impact the city’s infrastructure, guiding your team in maintaining and enhancing community pathways and facilities while adhering to all legislative requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
• Direct daily road maintenance, repair, and rehabilitation programs
• Manage hiring, coaching, and performance evaluations of staff
• Ensure compliance with health and safety legislation




• Plan and schedule essential maintenance work
• Liaise with community organizations to support initiatives

Requirements:
• Minimum five years of road operations management experience
• Diploma in Civil Engineering Technology or related field
• Certification as a Road Supervisor is preferred
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
• Willingness to work shift hours
