Your responsibilities include employee development through effective mentoring and guidance, implementing departmental strategies, and managing assessment functions in compliance with provincial guidelines. You'll actively contribute to the continuous improvement of departmental practices and ensure the accuracy of assessment appeals.

Requirements:
• Diploma in Real Property Assessment required
• A.M.A.A. accreditation mandatory
