CGIC is seeking a senior BI leader to drive data strategy in a hybrid role (2 days in office) within the Business Intelligence department. The position emphasizes change management, roadmap planning for major BI initiatives, and high-quality BI delivery.
The ideal candidate has 3-5 years in a leadership role and 10+ years in BI/Actuarial/Analytics with P&C; knowledge, plus a degree in Math/Actuarial/Statistics/CS. English is required; French is an asset.
