Key Responsibilities:
• Lead daily production execution activities in a 24/7 environment
• Execute strategic operational positioning and readiness for card manufacturing




• Review and act on operational and demand forecasts
• Supervise and develop the Business Solutions Team members
• Maintain and distribute the master production schedule

Requirements:
• Minimum 7 years of management experience in production planning
• Strong knowledge of ERP, MRP, and MES systems
• Bachelor's degree in Operations Management or related field
• Excellent analytical and communication skills
• Experience in Lean and Six Sigma methodologies
