Jagger, a rapidly growing food company, seeks an HR Business Partner in Ontario to support frontline operations and corporate teams across multiple regions in Canada. You will act as the go-to HR partner for salaried and hourly staff.
You will own employee relations end to end, oversee onboarding, performance reviews, succession planning, and perks administration. You’ll partner with leadership to improve retention and drive HR system initiatives as the company scales.
