About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven Team Lead tojoinour new shop in Regent Mall. As a brand champion in a new market, you will play a key role in building awareness of Purdys,andcreating memorable customer experiences.

Your success will come from your ability toconnect with customers,drivesalesand workin a fast-paced retailteamenvironment.

TheTeam Lead reports to the Shop Management and works with them to ensure all functions relating to merchandising, customer service,



and general shop operations are performed efficiently and to the policies and guidelines of the company. You will be guiding thestaff,however, you will not be responsible for hiring or discipline.

This is a permanent full-time position requiringopen availability(days, evenings, weekends, and holidays).

You will be a good fit if you are:

- Passionate about chocolate and have a leadership experience in a quick-paced retail/hospitality industry
- Self-motivated and driven for results, enthusiastic about selling a quality product
- Dedicated to providing a great customer experience
- Energy, positivity, and a love for connecting with people
- Excited about working with a team, building a career and growing within Purdys Chocolatier
- Available for all types of shifts.
- Prior retail lead experience is an asset
