Job Description

Seeking a Project Coordinator to support construction and development projects across Western Canada. This individual will coordinate contractors, consultants, permitting activities, schedules, and project reporting.

Responsibilities

- Coordinate with general contractors, consultants, architects, and engineers
- Support gas station, retail, and commercial construction projects
- Track schedules, project milestones, and budgets
- Assist with permitting and municipal approvals
- Prepare weekly project status reportsMaintain project documentation using Sage software
- Communicate project updates to internal and external stakeholders

- Project coordination experience in construction
- Experience working with contractors and consultants
- Solid organizational and communication skills
- Schedule and reporting experience • Gas station or petroleum project experience
- Sage software experience
- Permitting experience
- Retail or commercial construction experience
