- Effectively prosecute citations for the Discipline Committee
- Represent the Law Society in disciplinary reviews
- Offer legal advice concerning investigations




- Negotiate and draft proposals for Consent Agreements
- Represent in court for investigation and discipline matters Requirements:
- Membership or eligibility in the Law Society of B.C.
- Five years of litigation experience required
- Superior writing and communication abilities
- Skill in managing deadlines in high-pressure situations
