Tenure-Track Assistant Professor Position - University of Trento, Italy The Department of Industrial Engineering at the University of Trento invites expressions of interest for a Tenure-Track Assistant Professor position (RTT profile, according to Italian legislation#) in the research field of Materials Science and Technology (IMAT-01/A).

The Department is looking for enthusiastic candidates with a strong background in Materials Science and/or Materials Engineering. The successful candidate will primarily work in the field of Glass and Ceramics Science and Engineering, benefiting from a collaborative workplace, first-class equipment, and solid links with an active group of faculty members within the Department.

Applicants are expected to demonstrate the ability to work both independently and collaboratively, an excellent publication record, and a strong aptitude for fundraising. Candidates should also have a proven track record of participation in research projects. Proficiency in Italian is valued but not strictly required.
