ETL Test Lead to support a critical SADB modernization and application rewrite project for a leading rail organization.

- Develop a comprehensive
Test Strategy & Plan for application modernization, migration, and rewrite projects.

- Lead migration, regression, data integrity, business-rule, and parallel production testing to ensure the current system performs better than the legacy platform.

- Strong expertise in
ETL/data validation, SQL, Python, transformation logic, data mapping, and complex business-rule validation

.

- Hands-on experience with

Kafka-based/distributed systems

, API testing using Postman/RestAssured, and scalable test automation frameworks.

- Drive performance, reliability, audit/logging, and functional equivalence testing across legacy and modernized platforms.

- Ability to identify the right tooling and AI-based testing techniques

, with strong analytical skills and experience in large-scale or domain-specific data systems.
