· possess Diploma in Montessori Training from a Macte accredited Montessori Training Institute
· have at least two years of on-job experience working in a Montessori environment
· be loving, patient, reliable, responsible, mature, hard-working, adaptable and flexible
· possess positive working attitude,
· possess good interpersonal skills, able to establish positive rapport with all stakeholders
· able to work under stress, willing to learn
· be genuinely interested in working with children
Each applicant must have a current Police Check including Vulnerable Sector Screening, a valid and current CPR with Standard First Aid C + AED certificate, a clear health exam and fully Covid Vaccinated.
The successful candidate will be energetic, enthusiastic, has excellent communication skills, experience working in a team environment, friendly and is willing to contribute to the success of the School beyond his/her own classroom.
