Lead a dynamic Powerhouse team at Maple Leaf Foods as the 2nd Class Chief Power Engineer. Your expertise will drive the operation, maintenance, and efficiency of essential plant systems. Reporting to the Reliability Leader, this vital role requires experience as a Chief Stationary Engineer. You’ll ensure compliance with TSASK regulations while fostering a safe environment.

Key skills include preventative maintenance program development, effective communication, and innovative problem-solving abilities. Key Responsibilities:

- Lead a team of stationary engineers in plant operations
- Ensure workplace safety aligns with TSASK regulations
- Develop and execute preventative maintenance plans
- Conduct daily equipment inspections for safety compliance
- Monitor systems using a Building Automation System

Requirements:

- Current 2nd Class Stationary Engineer certification
- Minimum 5 years as a Chief Stationary Engineer
- Robust leadership and communication skills
- Experience with CMMS & Process Software such as SAP
- Familiarity with Process Improvement Methodologies like Six Sigma
