PIKO is a small, agile, results focused marketing agency. We just turned six and are still perfecting the way in which we deliver our services. For some clients we deliver one off projects and for others we act as their agency of record. We are process driven company and strive to deliver industry leading customer service coupled with interesting and effective marketing campaigns in a variety of channels (digital, print, broadcast, etc).

We care about branding. We love good design. We strive to create and develop innovative, compelling and eye catching marketing campaigns. All of the things we do however must make sense from the client’s perspective – do our fees, and the associated work provided, provide enough of a return to merit continuing our contract month after month? The number one factor we typically focus on is sales that come as a direct result of the campaigns we run.

PIKO Business Development

Build a territory. Service your territory. Make your clients happy. Your first year will be primarily focused on working the PIKO Sales System. Visiting stores, calling decision makers and sending emails. You make the appointments, then along with your team lead you pitch for the business. New clients become your responsibility and you get a percentage of their monthly sales.





Qualifications

- Should, more than anything, want a career in marketing.

- Should be comfortable pitching and selling.

- Should have marketing experience.

- Communications/Marketing/Business Degree.

- Organizational skills are a must.

- Must be very computer/technology/software literate.

COMPENSATION

Probationary period

During your probation you will be paid $15/hour. Our probationary period is 3 months long. After 3 months you will be moved to our standard compensation package which consists of commission and salary.

Commission paid based on total territory sales

4% @ $0 - $19,999

6% @ $20,000 - $29,999

8% @ $30,000 - $39,999

10% @ $40,000 +

Base salary The base salary is $2000/month.

Benefits

Once you build your territory to $5000/month in recurring revenue (2 - 3 clients) you will receive full benefits. This typically takes 30 - 60 days.

Equipment

You will have an office space provided as well as a phone.

A T2200 is provided so that the employee is able to write off expenses related to their vehicle use against taxes they would be paying. Vehicle related expenses are the responsibility of the employee.
