Our client is seeking an Accounting Services Manager to lead a portfolio of clients, deliver high-quality financial reporting, and manage a remote accounting team. This is a fully remote role designed for someone who thrives in a versatile environment, enjoys client interaction, and brings both technical expertise and leadership to the table.

You will act as a trusted advisor to clients by overseeing financial reporting, guiding decision-making, and ensuring audit-ready results, while mentoring a distributed team and driving process improvements.

What you’ll do

- Own a portfolio of clients and oversee full-cycle accounting
- Deliver accurate, timely, and audit-ready financial reporting
- Act as a trusted advisor to leadership teams and boards
- Translate financial data into clear, actionable insights

��� Lead client relationships and facilitate regular meetings

- Partner with auditors and support audit processes




- Drive process improvements and system enhancements
- Mentor, review, and support a remote accounting team
- Support onboarding of new clients and establish scalable processes

What you bring

- CPA (or equivalent) with 5+ years of progressive experience
- Proven experience in a client-facing environment
- Ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines remotely
- Strong communication skills with confidence presenting to senior leaders and boards
- Advanced Excel skills and experience with QBO, Sage, or similar tools
- Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset
