Term of Employment: Permanent

Salary and Benefits: $29.95 - $35.04 per hour - According to education and experience.

Preference will be given to the candidate with the following experience and training:

- Certificate, diploma, or post-secondary education in Office Administration, Business Administration, Data Management, Human Services, or a related field.
- Equivalent combination of education & experience may be considered.
- Experience providing administrative and data support is considered an asset.
- Must be highly organized, detail-orientated, collaborative and able to work in a fast-paced setting.
- Possess superior communication skills, both oral and written.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
- Must possess a valid driver's license & have access to a reliable vehicle.
- The ability to travel on occasion may be required for the position.

Job Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

- Coordinate & maintain program data collection systems.
- Collect, monitor, and verify data to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual statistical reports.
- Support program evaluation, outcomes measurement, & reporting requirements.




- Assist in developing tools, templates, and processes to improve data quality & efficiency.
- Compile information and create reports, summaries, presentations & dashboards as required.
- Support continuous quality improvement initiatives.
- Provide administrative support for the daily operations of KidsFirst NORTH, including KFN staff.
- Coordinate office procedures and support operational workflows.
- Organize, maintain & update electronic and confidential filing systems.
