You'll work closely with Senior Portfolio Managers, playing a key role in delivering exceptional service to our valued clients.

What You'll Do:

- Partner with Portfolio Managers to prepare for client meetings and ensure seamless client interaction.
- Gather and analyze client data related to KYC (Know Your Client), financial planning, and account updates.
- Craft client-specific reports and presentations, keeping communication transparent and concise.
- Conduct research and complete assigned analysis projects to support informed investment decisions.
- Assist with trading execution when required.
- Maintain strong client relationships, acting as their first point of contact and ambassador.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize processes and drive continuous improvement.




- Manage day-to-day client account administration with accuracy and efficiency.
- Support tax preparation efforts (February-April) by inputting client data into tax systems under the guidance of the in-house accountant.

Who You Are:

- A results-oriented professional with a minimum of 2 years of experience in the investment industry (preferred).
- Possess the Canadian Securities Course (CSC) and Canadian Investment Planning Course (CPH) designations, or actively pursuing them.
- Passionate about building rapport and fostering positive client relationships.
- An exceptional communicator with strong written and verbal skills.
- Thrive in a detail-oriented environment and possess a knack for problem-solving.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and financial planning software (a plus).
