AI Solutions Consultant

Location: Remote, Canada

Salary: $150,000 CAD - $200,000 CAD Base + Equity

About the Role A fast-growing AI company is looking for an AI Solutions Consultant to own the post-sales customer journey, helping enterprise customers design and implement AI-powered customer experiences. This is a highly customer-facing role that sits at the intersection of implementation, product, and engineering.

You'll work closely with customers to understand their existing workflows, translate business requirements into technical implementation plans, and partner with engineering teams to bring AI solutions into production. This is an opportunity to have a direct impact on customer success while shaping implementation best practices at a rapidly scaling startup.

Key Responsibilities

- Own customer implementations from signed contract through to successful production launch
- Lead discovery sessions with customers to understand existing workflows, SOPs, and customer experience processes
- Design AI-powered customer journeys that align with business goals and operational requirements
- Translate customer requirements into detailed implementation documentation and technical specifications for engineering teams
- Partner closely with product and engineering throughout deployment to ensure successful delivery
- Act as the primary technical and strategic point of contact during implementation,



ensuring customers achieve value quickly
- Help develop implementation frameworks, documentation, and best practices as the customer base grows

What We're Looking For

- 4-8 years of experience in a customer-facing Solutions Consulting, Implementation, Technical Consulting, or Product Management role
- Strong technical understanding of APIs, webhooks, CRM platforms, and modern AI technologies
- Experience managing complex customer implementations from kick off through production
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced start-up setting with ambiguity and evolving priorities
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex business requirements into technical solutions
- Experience with contact centre software, conversational AI, or customer service platforms is highly desirable
- Previous experience with platforms such as Genesys, Amazon Connect, Five9, Zoom Contact Center, Ada, or similar technologies is a plus
