Integration & Optimization – Define integration strategies for third-party applications, automation tools, IoT devices, and Microsoft Power Platform solutions. Support ERP & Business Applications Implementation – Provide technical oversight for the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 (ERP, CRM, Field Services), MasterControl (QMS), and other key applications.
