- Work closely with business partners and provide tailored, value-added support
- Support informed decision-making that promotes sustainable long-term profitability for the organization
- Ensure the robustness and integrity of actuarial models
- Contribute to acquisition projects and strategic initiatives within the business unit
- Act as a business partner and advisor in evaluation and decision-making
- Drive the implementation of business initiatives within our team
- Ensure delivery of expected results and the creation of value for the organization
- Provide engaging leadership across multidisciplinary projects

Requirements

- Demonstrated ability to supervise teams and to plan, organize, and set priorities
- Relevant experience in individual life insurance and a solid understanding of the U.S. market (or the ability to acquire this knowledge quickly)
- Excellent ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships in a collaborative,



multi-stakeholder setting
- Proactive and initiative-taking in identifying and understanding business issues, with a desire to make an impact
- Bachelor’s degree in Actuarial Science and the F.I.C.A. designation
- Advanced proficiency in English, as the role involves daily collaboration with English-speaking business partners
