As Associate

Director, you are key to developing and coordinating the AgeTech LaunchPad initiative. You will foster collaborations with researchers, government, healthcare organizations, investors, and community members.

Your role includes overseeing operations, promoting research capabilities, and supporting technological advancements that benefit older adults and caregivers. Key Responsibilities:

- Develop project schedules and milestones for AgeTech initiatives
- Research and forge external collaborations for enhanced partnerships




- Promote University research capabilities to funding sources
- Provide essential information related to funding and commercialization
- Maintain networks for collaboration and capacity building

Requirements:

- Master's Degree or equivalent experience required
- 6-7 years in a research workplace, preferably academic
- Knowledge of aging ecosystem trends and challenges
- Experience with stakeholders in senior care
- Proven ability to manage projects and write funding proposals
