The Associate Vice

President reports directly to the Vice President of Business Performance & Effectiveness. With 10-12 years of financial experience, you will lead enterprise business planning and facilitate high-priority COO initiatives. This position focuses on translating complex business challenges into actionable plans and mobilizing cross-functional teams to achieve measurable outcomes. Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute the COO's multi-year strategic plan
- Define annual business plans and monitor portfolio progress




- Facilitate enterprise prioritization and decision-making discussions
- Lead the execution of approved initiatives from decision to delivery
- Prepare executive materials framing key decisions

Requirements:

- 10-12 years of relevant financial experience
- Robust understanding of the financing business
