Post pandemic, Bell is moving into a model of 1-2 days of working from office Years of exp: 4 odd years of AWS Data engineering experience JD: Hands-on data experience on AWS.

These skills include but are not limited to:

- choosing different AWS data tools such as Glue, EMR, Lambda, Kafka, Kinesis, etc based on the frequency, complexity, and size of the data - solid programming experience with a focus on Python (we aim to have all our ETL jobs written in the same language if possible) - knowledge in data frameworks such as Spark (PySpark), Glue, Dagster (or other orchestration frameworks like Airflow), dbt - strong SQL knowledge - understanding on various AWS database offerings (currently we used Redshift as our data warehouse but there may be a time where we may need interim storage such as DynamoDB) - some data ops knowledge such as deploying/updating code in EKS, writing docker scripts and IAM
