- Welcoming customers , reading and listening to people to determine beverage preferences , making recommendations , and taking drink orders.

- Creating drink menus and informing customers about new beverages and specials.

- Choosing and mixing ingredients, garnishing glasses, and serving beverages to customers

- Checking identification to ensure that customers are of legal drinking age .

- Taking inventory and ordering supplies to ensure the bar and tables are well-stocked .

- Following all food safety and quality regulations .

- Handling cash, credit, and debit card transactions, ensuring charges are accurate and returning correct change to customers, and balancing the cash register

- Maintaining a clean work and dining area by removing trash, cleaning tables, and washing glasses, utensils, and equipment.

- Creating current cocktail recipes .

Requirements

- Diploma from high school .

- Additional education, training, certificates, or experience will be required.

- Meets the state’s minimum drinking age.

- Work availability on nights, weekends, and holidays.

- Positive personality, engaging appearance, and professional demeanor.

- Basic math and computer skills are required.

- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.

- Excellent time management and task management abilities

- Attention to detail and knowledge of drink mixing tools and techniques.

- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 25 pounds for long periods of time.
