Position Details
- Role: Bartender
- Employment Type: Part-time/Full-time
- Start Date: May 2026
- Compensation: $18.00 per hour + tips
- Benefits: Comprehensive Benefits Package after 6 months of employment
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
- Interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner, providing recommendations and answering questions about our spirits.
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including stocking, cleaning,
and equipment maintenance.
- Process payments and handle cash accurately.
- Adhere to all relevant health, safety, and alcohol service regulations.
- Collaborate with the distillery team to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a bartender, preferably in a cocktail heavy environment.
- Knowledge of spirits, cocktails, and mixology techniques.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced workplace.
- Hold a valid Serving it right certificate.
