- Manage and maintain financial records and bookkeeping systems for the company.
- Record daily financial transactions and ensure accuracy and completeness of data.
- Prepare and maintain various financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Reconcile bank statements and resolve any discrepancies or errors.
- Monitor accounts payable and accounts receivable to ensure timely and accurate payment processing and invoicing.
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting activities, providing financial insights and recommendations.
- Ensure compliance with financial policies, procedures, and regulations.
- Collaborate with the finance team to support other financial tasks and projects as needed.
Essential Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a bookkeeper or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of bookkeeping principles and practices.
- Proficiency in using accounting software and tools.
- Excellent mathematical and analytical skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
