About the client:

Our client is a well-established construction equipment rental provider across Canada. They are seeking a results-driven Branch Manager to lead one of their key locations.

As a leader within a proudly Canadian-owned company, the new hire will be responsible for driving operational excellence, building a high-performing team, and delivering exceptional customer service.

This is a hands-on leadership role where the Branch Manager will oversee all aspects of the branch, including sales, operations, service, and financial performance while playing a critical role in executing growth strategies and maintaining a strong focus on safety, accountability, and profitability.

Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage overall branch operations to ensure safety, efficiency, customer satisfaction, and profitability
- Drive sales growth and market development initiatives within your region
- Build, develop, and motivate a high-performing team across sales, service, yard, and logistics functions
- Foster a culture of accountability, urgency, and customer-first service
- Oversee financial performance, including profit & loss (P&L;), monthly operating reviews, and annual budgets
- Ensure compliance with all safety standards, audits,



training requirements, and regulatory obligations
- Manage employee performance, coaching, and staffing requirements
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational effectiveness
- Execute additional leadership and operational duties as required

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- Minimum 3+ years of leadership experience managing a business unit or branch with full P&L; responsibility
- Strong understanding of financial management, budgeting, and performance metrics
- Proven track record in sales growth and customer relationship management
- Experience in equipment rental, construction, or industrial operations is preferred
- Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and develop teams in a quick-paced environment
- Strong communication, organizational, and decision-making skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and business systems
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

Compensation:

- $130,000-140,000 base salary
