You're a proven leader with a track record of achieving sales, growth, and retention targets while developing engaged, high-performing teams

You have advanced knowledge of registry products and services, along with a Level 3 Registry Clerk Certification from the Association of Alberta Registry Agents

You're confident using operational data and key performance indicators to make informed business decisions and improve branch performance

You build strong relationships through exceptional communication, collaboration, and a client-first approach while leading through change with resilience and accountability Once here, you'll: Lead the day-to-day operations of the branch, ensuring an exceptional client experience while achieving revenue, retention, profitability, and customer satisfaction targets

Recruit, coach, develop, and inspire your team through regular performance conversations, employee engagement, and talent development initiatives

Monitor branch performance by preparing and presenting key performance reports, making recommendations that support company goals and operational excellence

Manage branch financial performance, including payroll margins, salary budgets, accounts receivable, and current sales initiatives
