As the campus continues to grow, we're looking to add both a Building Operator and an Operations Supervisor to our client's operations team.

Whether you're an experienced Building Operator looking for your next challenge or an Operations Supervisor ready to lead while remaining hands-on, we'd like to hear from you.

Your New Role

Whether you join The Spur Group as a Building Operator or an Operations Supervisor, you'll play an important role in the day-to-day operation of four commercial office buildings known for their quality, innovation and exceptional tenant experience. You'll help ensure the properties remain safe, efficient, and well-maintained by supporting building systems, responding to tenant needs, and contributing to the overall performance of the campus.

Working closely with Property Management and the Operations team, you'll be involved in a broad range of responsibilities including preventative maintenance, regular property inspections, troubleshooting building systems, coordinating contractors and vendors, and supporting maintenance projects and ongoing building improvements. For those joining as an Operations Supervisor, you'll also provide leadership to the Building Operations team by mentoring staff,



coordinating work schedules and helping drive operational excellence across the portfolio.

You're proactive, dependable and comfortable working in a fast-paced commercial property environment where every day brings something different.

You bring experience in commercial building operations and are confident working with HVAC, plumbing, electrical, BAS and fire and life safety systems. You enjoy working with tenants, contractors and colleagues, communicate professionally, and take ownership of your work from start to finish.

If you're applying for the Operations Supervisor role, you'll also bring previous experience leading or mentoring operations staff, coordinating contractors and maintenance programs, and supporting operational planning while fostering a team-oriented, service-first team culture.

What You'll Bring

Whether you're applying as a Building Operator or an Operations Supervisor, you'll bring experience in commercial building operations and a genuine pride in delivering safe, efficient, and well-maintained properties. You're comfortable working with HVAC, plumbing, electrical, BAS and fire and life safety systems, and you enjoy troubleshooting issues, coordinating contractors and responding to tenant needs with professionalism and urgency.

For those pursuing the Building Operator opportunity, you'll bring several years of hands-on commercial building operations experience, strong technical aptitude and a proactive,

If you're interested in the Operations Supervisor role, you'll also bring experience leading or mentoring building operations staff while coordinating maintenance programs, contractors and day-to-day operational activities. Compensation

Expected base salary: $60,000- $80,000 per year, depending on the position. This role is also eligible for a discretionary annual bonus, which is not guaranteed and may vary based on individual and company performance.
