They are looking to add an experienced Superintendent to lead a multi-family woodframe project in Calgary.

The Role:

As Superintendent, you’ll be responsible for full site execution, including:

- Overseeing day-to-day construction activities

- Managing trades and site safety

- Driving schedule and quality control





- Coordinating with project managers and consultants

- Ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery

What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years’ experience as a Superintendent on woodframe multi-family projects

- Strong understanding of sequencing and scheduling

- Proven ability to manage trades and maintain site productivity

- Solid knowledge of Alberta building codes and safety standards

- Natural leadership and communication skills
