What we do:SingleKey is a start-up fintech company based in Toronto, Ontario. We plan to revolutionize the rental experience by offering solutions for both large and small landlords, real estate agents and property managers through modern solutions to the renting process.

The Opportunity:Acquire new clients and grow our existing clients by deepening our relationships through our compelling value proposition. Lead the sales process including discovery conversations, solution demonstrations and ultimately closing the sale. Leverage and improve our current sales processes by partnering across all our departments. Bring your customer passion and track record of success to win with our customers.

What we need:· Onboard new customers onto the SingleKey platform.· Build and deepen relationships from the initial meeting to close· Work closely with Development, Marketing, and Product to continuously improve the sales process· Stay current on company offerings and industry trends.· Deliver or exceed your assigned quota by leading qualified prospects through the sales process from initial contact/demo to contract negotiation and signing





Who you are:· Proven track record of sales in multiple environments· Go-getter attitude that is comfortable with outbound sales activities· Expertise in executing the full sales cycle from initial contact to close· University or college degree and at least 2 years of direct, quota carrying sales experience.· Excellent presentation, communication, interpersonal and written communications· Previous industry experience is an asset; including realty broker, insurance broker, leasing agent, or property management· Familiarity with CRM systems like Hubspot is also an asset.
