• Total 8+ years experience with positive communication
- Atleast 4+yrs in banking projects
- Proficient system analyst (and not generic business analyst) skillset.
- Hands on knowledge on Retail banking, especially in Online Banking Application
- Hands on with Use cases, system design, documentation, etc
- Exposure on content management integration, Customer support admin tool setup, would be added advantage
- Technical system knowledge would be preferable
