Coffee is expanding and seeks an experienced Cafe Manager to spearhead operations at two new sites. You will lead a team of baristas, schedule shifts, and ensure high standards in coffee and food service. Your strong leadership will also drive community engagement and financial goals. Key Responsibilities:

- Manage café operations while leading the barista team
- Schedule staff and supervise daily functions
- Prepare and serve beverages and food items
- Foster a safe and inclusive space for everyone
- Handle stock management and ordering efficiently Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar management role
- Proficient in specialty coffee and roasting processes
- Robust training and development experience
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and inventory software
- Food Safe Level 1 certification mandatory Drive coffee excellence and community engagement as Cafe Manager at Forecast Coffee in North Vancouver.
