We are looking for some new retail team members for the 2026 summer season. We have 1 - 2 positions available and they are for fulltime or part time seasonal (5 days per week from April until September) roles.

Responsibilities will vary but we can promise the right people a great work environment, endless paddle sports based learning opportunities, competitive pay all with a great team of passionate and like-minded individuals

Ideal candidates should have a passion for paddlesports, a willingness and motivation to learn, the ability to work as part of a excellent team and be able to deliver exceptional customer service.

SPECIFIC SKILLS

- A passion for (and experience) in paddlesports. This could be whitewater, SUP, touring, rafting and more. We are looking for people who love being on the water and are keen to share that passion.

- Retail Experience

- Ability to work Weekends

- You need to have a hardworking attitude and be keen to be part of a similarly minded team.

- Be keen to be a part of and to help build our amazing paddling community

- Friendly, outgoing personality. Are you a ‘people’ person?

- A team player but able to work independently

- Have a positive attitude and a problem-solving mindset.

KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES





- Providing great customer experiences and service in our retail location

- Being involved in ongoing training in product knowledge and customer service from our management team and industry partners.

- Attend on water staff events to help engage with the team and work on personal paddling skills

- Assist at kayak festivals as required

- Be able to lift heavy and awkward loads (with assistance)

- Partake in stock takes as directed by management

- Assist our warehouse staff in landing and receiving new inventory

- With training install simple roof rack systems

- Ongoing cleaning and merchandising of the retail space (as directed by store manager(s))

- Other tasks as required.
