Merit Services is looking for a highly professional call center representative qualified to provide exceptional customer service to our client in the window supplier industry in Concord.

Start date: Immediately

Schedule:

Morning: 11.00AM - 6.00/7.0OPM

Evening: 2.00PM-3.00PM -9.00PM

Job type: part-time/ full time

Hourly Wage: $18/hr plus bonus

Job Responsibilities Include:

- Display exceptional customer service to new and existing customers
- Responding effectively to customer inquiries
- Identifying opportunities to generate recent sales

- Data collection and reporting

Requirements:

- With second language (Russian & Ukrainian)
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- the Second language must be Russian or Ukrainian
- Strong computer skills and experience with order entry systems
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to work long hours as needed

Candidate must have at least 1 year of call center experience - outbound calls
