Job Summary

We are seeking enthusiastic and compassionate Casual Early Childhood Educators (ECA) to join our vibrant team. Responsibilities

- Assist with implementing daily activities that promote social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development of children
- Support classroom routines such as mealtime, nap time, and outdoor play to ensure a protected and nurturing environment
- Engage children in age-appropriate learning experiences that foster curiosity and creativity
- Collaborate with team members to monitor individual needs, including those with disabilities or special requirements
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming classroom environment that encourages exploration and learning
- Communicate effectively with children, parents,



and team members to support children's progress and well-being
- Follow all safety policies and procedures to ensure a secure setting for children at all times

Requirements

- Previous classroom experience working with young children or in early childhood education settings
- Experience working with individuals with disabilities or special needs is highly desirable
- Strong understanding of caregiving practices tailored to early childhood development
- Ability to engage children through teaching methods that promote active participation and learning
- Passion for supporting children's growth in a caring and respectful manner
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with children, families, and team members
- Flexibility to work varied hours as needed for program coverage
