Applicant must be willing to learn all positions in the Front of House/Back of House before stepping into leadership responsibilities. Applicant must have previous management experience.

As a Supervisor, you will be responsible but not limited to the following duties:
- Embody our Vision & Values
- Set team goals, share the score visually and celebrate the wins
- Communicate effectively, share ideas, and take a positive approach to all situations.
- Create a LEAN & SAFE culture and mindset
- Hold Team Members accountable to all policy standards, ex) timeliness, grooming, cell phones, uniforms etc.
- Train and develop Team Members in all areas and systems.
- Protect the customer experience by ensuring packaging, food presentation and quality meets or exceeds Chick-fil-A standards
- Maintain a culture of Food Safety and Safety & Security
- Work in Operations during peak hours to assist the team and build unity
- Ensure good stewardship of facilities through proper training in cleaning & care of equipment
- Solve problems in a timely manner
- Strictly adheres to all Company policies and procedures.
