You will actively manage the City’s investments and borrowing programs, including developing corporate strategies, evaluating investment opportunities, and executing debt issuance. Manage bank balances and investment portfolios for City funds

- Develop and implement corporate investment strategies and policies
- Review and analyze investment opportunities for City assets
- Report investment performance to leadership and Council
- Maintain relationships with banks and investment dealers University degree in Finance or Economics
- Chartered Financial Analyst designation
- Minimum 10 years of experience in investment management
