Position Overview:

- Skill / ability and knowledge to perform Bright Cadmium on steel and aluminum alloys.

- Able to perform all pre-plating operations including cleaning and blasting as required.

- Able to perform post plating operations such as embrittlement relief and chromate.

- Able to use micrometers, calipers and thickness testers. Straightforward surface area calculations required.

Skills and Experience

- Background in plating procedures an asset

- Familiarization and use of precision measuring instruments

- Basic knowledge of math and chemistry as it applies to plating field
