We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Manager, Clinical Programs to join our Post Anesthetic Care Unit (PACU) & Endoscopy leadership team.

Permanent

Full-time Hours of Work: Must be available to work Monday to Friday. Occasional weekend work may be required.

Location: Humber River Health, Wilson Site Labour Group: Management Program Director, Perioperative Services & Endoscopy Provideseffective, efficient and safe patient services through human, financial,and environmental resource management. Supportsa model of patient centered care that is based on best practice, programand corporate standards, and continuous quality improvement. Buildsa professional practice climate and facilitates an interdisciplinaryapproach to patient care.

Collaborateswith internal and external stakeholders and community partners to plan, implement and monitor delivery of patient and family centered programs andservices.



Provides leadership in advancing the goals and objectives of the Post Anesthetic Care Unit (PACU) & Endoscopy Emergency Services within the organization and supports the program and organization’s strategic priorities. Managesall aspects of employee relations including recruitment, retention,attendance and performance management in collaboration with HumanResources and Labour Relations.

Baccalaureate

Degree in Nursing required. Master’s in Nursing, Health Science or related field required. Minimumof five years relevant clinical experience and a minimum of three yearsleadership experience in an acute care setting.
