Key Responsibilities

- Lead education and training programs for care staff
- Promote a person- and family-centered care culture
- Monitor compliance with BCs health regulations and safety standards
- Mentor nurses and support team leaders in clinical best practices
- Oversee incident reporting, infection control, and emergency readiness
- Actively participate in quality improvement and accreditation efforts





Qualifications

- Active LPN license (BCCNP) in British Columbia
- 5+ years of experience in gerontology or long-term care
- Strong leadership, communication, and coaching skills
- Knowledge of relevant health legislation and clinical standards
- Intermediate computer skills (MS Office)
