We are looking for CNC Machinists to join our client's team in Etobicoke, ON.
The position requires good communication skills, and the ability to interact and work productively with all company personnel in a team environment. Good multitasking and time management skills are a key portion of this job.
- High school diploma or GED is required
- A minimum of 3 + years of experience in machining on CNC Lathes, VTLs
- Must be open and available to working all shifts (morning/ afternoon)
- Ability to perform set-ups, tool selection
- Understanding of drawings and specifications
- Use of precision measuring equipment
- Knowledgeable of all machine functions as well as G & M coded commands (prefer familiarization with Fanuc controls)
- Completion of skills assessment and mechanical aptitude test prior to consideration
