IISE The Institute of Industrial and Systems Engineers, IISE, the world’s largest qualified society dedicated solely to the support of the profession, is an international, nonprofit association that provides leadership for the application, education, training, research, and development of industrial and systems engineering.

Exec The Executive Team is be comprised of students looking to take on large roles within the organization. This core group should expect to meet on a regular basis to discuss the direction of the chapter as well as ways to execute the overall vision.

The Co-President will serve as the face and voice of the UWaterloo IISE Chapter.



It is their responsibility to ensure that the whole organization is properly represented and that all operations are running smoothly. These individuals should have working knowledge of everything going on within the organization and should be consulted / lead planning process behind all major decisions for the chapter.

Responsibilities (including, but not limited to):

- Maintain the vision and execution strategy of the organization
- Work with the Executive Team to ensure all parties are managing their responsibilities
- Lead chapter growth initiatives, both internal recruitment and corporate partnerships
- Handle corporate outreach
- Handle all communication with the IISE Community
