- Ensure 24/7 emergency service provision and volunteer scheduling
- Collaborate on contingency plans with Ambulance Services Director
- Train and ensure volunteers are familiar with operational procedures

- Facilitate patient education, self-management coaching, and follow-up care

Requirements:

- Diploma in Paramedicine and valid Class “F” driver's license
- Experienced in adult education principles and community paramedicine
- Compassionate approach with demonstrated patient satisfaction
- Prior management experience in healthcare settings
- Ability to communicate in Cree is a notable asset
